Our client is seeking a thoughtful, people?centred, and structured professional to join their organisation as a Scrum Master. In this position, you will guide teams in adopting Agile behaviours and ensure that Scrum is fully understood and applied. You’ll also contribute to shaping an environment where collaboration improves outcomes and where continuous learning becomes part of the organisation’s DNA. You will collaborate with a supportive cross-functional group (team members, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and an Agile Coach) and play a major role in enhancing transparency, alignment, and delivery excellence within product development. Your work will influence how complex systems evolve and how teams contribute to meaningful improvements in the European healthcare technology market.
Job Responsibility:
Guide teams in developing self-management capabilities and encourage cross-functional collaboration
Ensure Scrum events take place consistently and remain purposeful, focused, and timeboxed
Support teams in maintaining clear, transparent artefacts such as the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Definition of Done
Help teams turn insights into meaningful experiments that lead to process improvement
Encourage delivery of complete, high-quality increments each Sprint while helping reduce unnecessary work
Coach Product Owners in managing backlogs effectively and setting outcome-driven goals
Strengthen stakeholder collaboration through alignment on priorities, value, and evidence-based decisions
Lead and mentor the organisation in adopting Agile principles and building an Agile mindset
Collaborate with leaders to identify and remove complex impediments and improve structural workflows
Work with fellow Scrum Masters and the Agile Coach to scale Scrum and streamline cross-team coordination
Requirements:
Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master within product development teams
Working experience with tools such as product backlog platforms, Agile boards, and collaboration tools is essential
Strong communication skills in English
Ambition to further develop your career in Agile delivery, product development, or organisational transformation
Your strengths include solid Agile knowledge (Scrum, Lean, Kanban), facilitation, and systems thinking
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills that help you support teams through challenges and change
Nice to have:
Past experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is nice to have
