Job Description:

Lead and grow supply chain operations within a dynamic and supportive team. The role involves managing and optimizing all aspects of domestic logistics and 3PL operations, including strategic planning, operational control, cost reduction, and performance improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient supply chain processes and support new product development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the strategic planning and management of domestic 3PL logistics operations, including warehousing and distribution
  • Develop and implement warehouse operational procedures, workflows, and documentation to enhance efficiency
  • Analyze data to identify areas for cost reduction and service improvement, and implement optimization initiatives
  • Evaluate warehouse and distribution performance and implement improvements
  • Lead and coordinate the execution of projects related to promotional product launches, aligning with various sales channels
  • Support NPD processes by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on sourcing, packaging, and delivery testing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across brand marketing, warehouse teams, and 3PL vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on warehouse operations and 3PL management
  • Proven experience in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
  • Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP, IF functions, and pivot tables
  • Experience working in the FMCG industry is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • English language skills (business level preferred)
