Responsible for manufacturing and assembling clinical and commercial products, operating production equipment, ensuring the accurate preparation of batches, and validating processes related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization. Also responsible for waste chemical management and addressing complex scientific operational issues.
Job Responsibility:
Manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products
Weigh, measure, and check raw materials to ensure proper batch ingredients and quantities
Assist with in-process testing to confirm batches meet specifications
Remove and dispose of waste chemicals, solvents, and acids
Create solutions, powders, and liquids to meet batch specifications
Provide training for new procedures and onboarding activities
Requirements:
High school diploma with technical certification and 3 years of laboratory experience
Associate’s degree in a scientific discipline with 2–3 years of laboratory experience
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 1–2 years of laboratory experience
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities
Ability to operate independently and demonstrate initiative
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic arithmetic
Ability to read, write, analyze charts, and follow diagrams in English
Proficiency in scientific and laboratory operations
Commitment to safety, quality, and process efficiency
