Randstad Education is looking for an experienced School Receptionist committed to providing a highly effective and efficient administrative function across Newmarket schools.
Job Responsibility:
General administration duties including formatting and sending correspondence, diary management, and responding to student and teacher enquiries
Become a SIMS user and produce reports as when requested
Maintain accurate pupil information and files and ensure correlation to hard files
Act as the school's first aid coordinator
Assist the needs of organisations, contractors, and both prospective and current parents' enquiries
To liaise with the site team to ensure reception and communal staff areas are kept tidy and well-stocked
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a school or administrative
Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
Right to work in the UK (Essential)
2 recent professional references
Excellent communication, confidentiality and professional skills
Ability to work with direct supervision and determine own workload priorities
