Job Responsibility:

  • Record and report absences using systems like Studybugs
  • Monitor attendance and follow up as needed
  • Handle daily office tasks, including phone calls, emails, and record maintenance
  • Assist with trip paperwork and other essential school documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and teaching staff
  • Take on tasks to alleviate workload during staff transitions
  • Flexibility to assist wherever needed during busy periods

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a school office or similar administrative role is essential
  • Familiarity with attendance systems (experience with Studybugs is a plus!)
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • A positive, adaptable attitude, someone who thrives in a team setting and brings a sense of humour to the role!
  • Commitment to staying long-term and becoming a valued member of our community
