Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Scanner to assist with organizing and digitizing important records in our Phoenix, Arizona office. This Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and demonstrates exceptional organizational skills.

Job Responsibility:

Scan and digitize HR files and credentialing documents with accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure all scanned files are properly organized and labeled for easy retrieval
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive documents throughout the digitization process
Use Adobe Acrobat to review, edit, and save scanned files in appropriate formats
Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies or incomplete records
Prepare and manage correspondence related to document management and credentialing
Perform regular quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of scanned files
Adhere to established procedures and timelines for completing scanning tasks
Report progress and any challenges encountered to the project supervisor

Requirements:

Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat for document editing and saving
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Previous experience in document scanning or file management is preferred
Familiarity with managing correspondence in a structured and organized setting
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
Capability to work independently while meeting project deadlines
