We are looking for a dedicated Scale Clerk to join our team in Girard, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accurate recording of weights and data entry for site operations. This position offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate the scale to weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles or materials with precision
  • Record weights and transaction details in an organized and systematic manner
  • Perform timely and accurate data entry into the company’s internal system
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, site personnel, and the operations team to ensure smooth workflows
  • Maintain thorough and well-organized records of scale tickets and other documentation
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a secure work environment
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as scanning and organizing files
  • Assist with back-office operations, including document scanning and file management
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
