Experience in designing and optimizing mission management systems for ground segments, focusing on customer link configuration
Experience with ground station systems and RF paths for ground segments, including RF front-ends, signal processing systems, transmission and reception components, amplifiers, filters, and frequency converters
Experience in link planning for ground-to-space and ground-to-ground communications, including link budget, scenario planning, data rate calculation, and related RF parameter conversions
Experience with ground infrastructure and facilities supporting space and ground segment operations

Job Responsibility

Provide Field Engineering service and on-call support (Third Line) in the investigation of SCOF system faults or performance failures
Maintaining up to date drawings of the SCOF installation and configuration
Reflecting changes to the SCC computer hardware configuration
Liaison with maintenance staff on all maintenance issues relating to the SCOF ground segment equipment
Identify opportunities for upgrade and enhancements to the system and develop engineering plans
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the ranging system
Provide specialist technical advice to the SCOF System Engineer
