We are seeking an experienced SAP WM Consultant to join our Support and Deployment teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in SAP Warehouse Management with a focus on support, issue resolution, and operational excellence. The role involves collaborating with business users, resolving incidents, analyzing recurring issues, and ensuring seamless warehouse operations through SAP WM.
Job Responsibility:
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP WM-related issues
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timelines
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions for recurring issues
Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, EWM, etc.) for end-to-end issue resolution
Support system testing, patching activities, and minor enhancements
Prepare and maintain documentation including SOPs, solution documents, and knowledge base articles
Participate in on-call rotations and weekend support when required
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with SAP WM (Warehouse Management)
Good understanding of warehouse processes such as putaway, picking, stock transfers, and inventory management
Experience with RF transactions and barcode scanning processes
Knowledge of IDocs, batch jobs, and interface monitoring
Basic debugging capability and ability to collaborate with ABAP teams
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Experience: 4–8 years
Nice to have:
Exposure to SAP WM/EWM or integration with MM/SD
Experience working in a managed services or outsourced support environment
ITIL certification or experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Solution Manager
