SAP Technical Architect

• Perform SAP technical administration and support activities across on-premise and cloud environments to support the SAP S/4HANA program
• Plan, schedule and manage environment refreshes, upgrades and readiness activities in alignment with project milestones
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including system faults, transport clashes, performance bottlenecks and data integrity issues
• Lead environment-related change initiatives (patching, upgrades, transport governance) and drive automation and standardisation
• Coordinate cutover and production readiness activities to ensure smooth transitions to operations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Basis, Infrastructure, Testing, Security, Cloud) to ensure technical alignment and risk mitigation
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and processes to enhance technical efficiency and governance

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a SAP technical role, including planning, provisioning, integration and environment refreshes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors (highly desirable)
• Proven experience working in a multi-partner environment, coordinating across vendors, integrators and internal teams to achieve successful outcomes
• Strong ability to analyse and mitigate SAP technical risks and identify improvements
• High-level interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders
• A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement
