Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Supply Chain Management Functional Analyst & Tester to support comprehensive validation, configuration review, and testing of supply chain processes across SAP MM, SD, EWM, and MDG. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, accurate configuration, and high-quality testing for telecom-specific supply chain environments, including ITM and procurement-related workflows.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and execute test cases across SAP SCM modules including MM, SD, EWM, and MDG
  • Validate key scenarios such as purchase order creation, vendor onboarding, commodity code classification, catalogue ownership detection, ECC uploader integration, and emergency PO processes
  • Conduct regression, user acceptance, and automated testing using tools such as HP ALM, Tricentis Tosca, and Micro Focus UFT
  • Ensure end-to-end testing of ITM processes including service request creation, fulfilment, and integration touchpoints
  • Participate in structured defect triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution tracking
  • Collaborate with business teams to review specifications, statements of work, supplier pricing models, and RFX documentation
  • Support SAP configuration validation for custom classification, SPFX integration, and ZMAR table updates
  • Ensure compliance with SHE and organisational procurement standards
  • Contribute to cross-module testing for MM, SD, CO, and FI to validate end-to-end flows
  • Participate in Agile and Waterfall delivery activities including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement

Requirements:

  • A graduate in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SCM testing or functional analysis
  • Proficient in SAP MM, SD, EWM, MDG, and integrations with S/4HANA
  • Knowledgeable in telecom-specific supply chain processes, network catalogue flows, asset capitalisation, and price manager functionalities
  • Experienced in STLC, QA methodologies, and defect lifecycle management
  • Skilled in creating documentation, analysing scenarios, and working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Familiar with automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca or UFT, test data management strategies, CI/CD integration, and self-healing automation frameworks
  • Capable of managing testing across multiple markets with structured governance and high-quality execution
