Job Description:

The SAP Solution Manager Consultant role involves ensuring effective system monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to SAP Focused Run. Solman team involves working on issues reported in the different tickets based on their priority and the task type - EWA, Reintegration scenarios, DNS migration, HANA in place, Maintenance planner.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure System monitoring is in place
  • Perform checks when alerts are triggered in mass, or no alerts are triggered as per the troubleshooting guide
  • Handling DATA SUPPLIER ISSUES
  • Handling EWA issue
  • Ensure correct Monitoring Configuration and perform Troubleshooting
  • Make sure availability of Monitoring for Data in FRUN
  • Enable/Disable monitoring for various system types
  • Uploading data to Maintenance Planner (MP) and troubleshooting MP related issues
  • Re-integration for all scenarios
  • Ensure correct monitoring configuration after DNS Migration
  • Decommissioning of host/system/Customer Network
  • Monitoring Re- Integration according to the available guidelines
  • Responsible for solving issues regarding: Maintenance planner
  • LMDB entries
  • EWA report generation
  • Diagnostic agent issues
  • Metric related

Requirements:

  • 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP solution manager administration (FRUN - SAP Focused Run)
  • Good communication skills to handle bridge calls with clients
  • Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate
  • Notice Period: 15 to 30 Days
