Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Security Consultant to lead the security aspects of our clients SAP projects and provide strategic guidance to our clients. This role demands deep SAP security expertise, extensive hands-on experience, and proven leadership capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic SAP Security Advisory: Guide clients in their SAP security strategy, providing expert advice on risk management, security architecture, and compliance
  • Project Leadership: Lead security-focused SAP projects, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring project deliverables align with security objectives
  • Security Architecture Design: Design and architect secure SAP systems, incorporating the latest security best practices and technologies
  • Security Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure SAP systems meet regulatory requirements and industry standards, identifying and mitigating potential security risks
  • Security Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver security training programs for SAP users and administrators, fostering a culture of security awareness
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with security technology vendors and SAP, ensuring access to the latest security solutions
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry publications, speak at forums, and stay abreast of emerging SAP security trends and technologies
  • Mentorship and Talent Development: Mentor junior consultants, share knowledge, and contribute to their professional development

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an SAP Security Consultant, preferably with SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and/or SAP S/4HANA
  • In-depth understanding of SAP security administration, including user management, authorisation concepts, data privacy, and system hardening
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP security technologies such as SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP, SAP Gateway, and SAP Fiori
  • Strong knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Applicants must have an active NV1 AGSVA clearance or can achieve NV1 clearance
