Job Responsibility:

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects from initiation to post-go-live
Manage client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals, scope, and priorities
Plan and govern project delivery, including timelines, resources, and execution across multiple initiatives
Direct cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, developers, and QA specialists
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving delivery issues proactively
Control project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure efficiency and profitability
Drive quality and continuous improvement by enforcing SAP Activate methodology and best practices

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in SAP implementation or transformation projects, with strong exposure to S/4HANA and a track record of successful SAP program delivery on time and within budget
3+ years of hands-on experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, integration points, and the SAP Activate methodology
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience interacting with C-level executives and business owners
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or equivalent)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
English C1+

Nice to have:

PMP/SAP certifications
Experience working in global delivery environments or with offshore/nearshore teams
Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, Integration Suite, or Data Migration projects
Understanding of change management and post-implementation adoption strategies
