SAP S/4HANA Analyst

Lead workshops to gather and document requirements for new billing and revenue system to develop an Agile Product Backlog, including Service Blueprints, end-end flow, features, User Stories, Development Tasks, Test Scenarios & Scripts, and RICEFs. Lead workshops to introduce new end to end business processes for Order to Cash with new system. Act as client liaison for all development and testing of all billing user stories through development, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Hypercare. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all implementation-specific processes and procedures assigned. Lead the testing of assigned functional systems. Perform System Integration Testing. Support User Acceptance Testing. Create user readiness documentation. Lead workshops for user training as assigned. Design and perform integration testing to support business process transformation from legacy systems. Create business process documentation as required. Provide SAP-BRIM functional support through hypercare phases post go-live. Provide root cause analysis and resolution for defects related to system and data issues. Support business with billing validation analysis to ensure accurate data migration/conversions. Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients. Lead and participate in project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems. Work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned. Adhere to and follow all PTC standards, policies, and procedures. Utilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties. Perform tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTC.
