Job Description:

Sopra Steria is seeking a SAP PP Lead Functional Analyst. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience with SAP PP/QM, strong expertise in S/4HANA implementation, and demonstrated ability in full lifecycle greenfield implementation projects. Responsibilities include participation in workshops, gap analysis, process flow designs, and leading E2E projects. Proficiency with SAP tools, BPML, functional documentation, and familiarity with global projects is required. A strong commitment to inclusive and supportive work environments is emphasized.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participation in the Functional Workshops including preparation and presentation, documentation BPD, FDD, FSD, WRICEF
  • Driving build phase and working closely with the ABAP developers
  • SIT and UAT testing
  • Performing gap analysis with estimation and RICEFW sizing
  • Writing Blueprint/High level Design with detailed process flows
  • Designing and modelling process flows using tools like Visio
  • Leading full lifecycle greenfield implementation (E2E)
  • Traveling to customer locations as required

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years design/implementation/consulting with SAP Production planning and Quality Management
  • Minimum 1 full time participation in S4 Hana Greenfield implementation in the European project – full time mean: participation in the Functional Workshops including preparation and presentation, documentation BPD, FDD, FSD, WRICEF… driving build phase and working closely with the ABAP developers, SIT and UAT testing
  • Demonstrated experience in BPML create/update/manage
  • Very good understanding of the Variant Configurations in SAP (AVC, VC and PVC) – good knowledge of SAP CPQ
  • Very good understanding of the IDoc structure and how to prepare the mapping from the functional point of view (FSD doc preparation)
  • Gap Analysis with estimation and RICEFW sizing
  • Good understanding of the SAP Master Data
  • Experience in writing Blueprint/High level Design with detailed visual business process flows
  • SAP Best Practices usage
  • Process Flow designs using modelling tools like Visio/ARIS etc.
  • Expert skills in Powerpoint/Excel
  • Lead full lifecycle greenfield implementation (E2E)
  • Experience with global client proximity
  • Willing to travel to customer locations for project requirements

  • Master's degree
  • SAP PP/QM SAP S/4HANA certification
  • Familiarity with related modules such as SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP MM/FICO/PS
