Job Responsibility:

Maintain Master Data in SAP S/4HANA and Informatica MDM 360, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations
Support periodic and ad hoc activities (year-end cost loads, data extractions)
Monitor and analyze Data Quality KPIs, proactively addressing anomalies
Identify and propose process improvements, contributing to the design, testing, and implementation of new features and enhancements
Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure correct data usage and process adoption
Maintain and update documentation

Requirements:

Over 3 years’ experience
Hands-on experience in the key SAP S/4 functionalities regarding Master Data Maintenance activities for Customer, Supplier, Material and related objects, ideally in pharma environment
Experience in MDM Hub solutions (e.g., MDG, Informatica MDM, etc.), as a consultant or as a Key User/End User/Data Steward
Advanced knowledge in Excel and Word
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Self-organized and autonomous, structured thinking
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication
Good English communication skills
Team player, able to share knowledge and support colleagues
