Job Description:

We are in the search for a skilled SAP IBP Manager to join our detail-oriented services team, based in Atlanta, Georgia. As an SAP IBP Manager, you will be a key player in implementing knowledge systems centered on SAP S/4 Hana ERP for our business operations. You will collaborate with order management, operations, and supply chain teams to establish efficient end-to-end processes within the ERP, S& OP systems, customer experience systems, and reporting/analytics platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a primary liaison between Plan to Make, Production Scheduling, and IBP leadership and IT capabilities
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver and support solutions, including requirement prioritization, technology decision-making, and involvement in design, build, test, and sustain operations
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership in the SAP domain to internal teams and external partners
  • Oversee SAP technology and functions, connected applications, and interfaces or middleware integration supporting order to cash
  • Define strategy, scope, and end state capabilities, secure commitments, and maintain accountability for deliverables
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements
  • Conduct research on alternatives and cost/benefit analysis
  • Assist in the creation and impact of deployment and cutover plans, review and approve functional specifications and system configuration
  • Exhibit a high level of ownership, leadership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
  • Demonstrated understanding of Cloud Technologies
  • Extensive knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Proficiency in using Epicor and Epicor ERP
  • Experience in AB Testing
  • Strong grasp of Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Familiarity with Business Process Functions
  • Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents
  • Demonstrated skills in Change Management
  • Previous experience in a detail oriented role within the Services industry
  • Proficient in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) software
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
