Job Description:

A temporary opportunity for a SAP HCM Expert has arisen within Airbus, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Experts & Development area in Reward Operations team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the design and implementation of HR standards solutions, policies, processes and tools to internal customers in alignment with Business and HR strategy
  • Consider potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation and the day to day operations
  • Support for configuring and developing internal tools (mainly SAP but also Workday, Time...), as well as providing innovative solutions to business needs by collaborating in the development of the HR strategy
  • Implementation of functional requirements arranged by the department of HR Reward Operations
  • Provide technical support in the face of new business requirements
  • Resolution of incidents

Requirements:

  • SAP HCM
  • Workday HCM
  • Document management with doc tools like WD docs, BIRT and ESCRIBA
  • Soft skills, such as Adaptability, Active Listening, Team Player Attitude and Problem-Solving
  • Advance level of English
