Bright Vision Technologies is looking for a skilled SAP HANA Modeling & Performance Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming business processes through technology. We leverage cutting-edge SAP HANA in-memory technologies to design high-performance, scalable, and enterprise-grade data models.

  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting
  • Linux/Unix OS
  • Git
  • Agile methodologies
  • At least 3 to 5 years of real-time experience
  • At least 1 year of real-time project experience in the USA
  • Willing to relocate nationwide
  • Willing to take an AI-proctored Online Coding Test
  • Looking for H-1B sponsorship for the 2026 quota
  • Must work on W2 (not C2C/1099/3rd party)
  • Must not allow dual H-1B registrations

  • Participate in project quality management tasks such as peer and quality reviews of specifications, design documents and code reviews
  • Work closely with Architects and IT Functional Consultants to ensure successful completion of User Stories within committed timeframe
