SAP Financial Consolidation Administrator

As a functional administrator, you will have to ensure the smooth functioning of the Financial Consolidation tool and provide level 1 support to the users during the quarterly closings Reporting Team Leader / Manager Main functions You will be actors of the service and will actively participate to: 1. Quarterly closings Your day-to-day activity during quarterly closings will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: - Create and manage the data entry environment - Create and manage the consolidation environment (exchange rates, scopes, consolidation definitions) - Manage the security module (owner groups, functional profiles and data access groups) - Provide rudimentary support to the application users (credentials management, blocking controls solving, etc.) - Ensure the correct transfer of data between the consolidation tool and other company’s applications and databases (ERPs, data warehouses) and guarantee the quality of that data - Monitor the application via the administration console 2. Process improvements - Participate to the implementation process improvements - Enrich existing technical documentation and create new 3.
