As a functional administrator, you will have to ensure the smooth functioning of the Financial Consolidation tool and provide level 1 support to the users during the quarterly closings Reporting Team Leader / Manager Main functions You will be actors of the service and will actively participate to: 1. Quarterly closings Your day-to-day activity during quarterly closings will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: - Create and manage the data entry environment - Create and manage the consolidation environment (exchange rates, scopes, consolidation definitions) - Manage the security module (owner groups, functional profiles and data access groups) - Provide rudimentary support to the application users (credentials management, blocking controls solving, etc.) - Ensure the correct transfer of data between the consolidation tool and other company’s applications and databases (ERPs, data warehouses) and guarantee the quality of that data - Monitor the application via the administration console 2. Requirements:
Financial and accounting knowledge
Information systems interest
Professional background about 3/4 years in an equivalent position
Knowledge of SAP Financial Consolidation application (not mandatory but nice to have)
Knowledge and interest in data modelling and database architecture
Basic consolidation knowledge
Basic IFRS standards
