Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detailed Finance Data Analyst to own, support and manage all Finance data to support the migration process for Service Stream’s transition to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Ensure accurate migration, validation, and reconciliation of financial master and transactional data into S/4HANA, supporting compliance and reporting requirements. This role is pivotal to the success of our ERP Modernisation Program, ensuring accurate migration, validation, and reconciliation of financial master and transactional data into S/4HANA, supporting compliance and reporting requirements

Job Responsibility:

  • Own, support and manage all Finance data to support the migration process for Service Stream’s transition to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
  • Ensure accurate migration, validation, and reconciliation of financial master and transactional data into S/4HANA, supporting compliance and reporting requirements
  • Support and lead all Data Extract activities for Finance Data
  • Lead and manage all Data Mapping activities
  • Guide, support and perform cleansing, enrichment, and harmonization activities
  • Collaborate with Finance SMEs to validate migrated data
  • Support reconciliation between legacy and target systems post-migration
  • Document transformation rules and logic, lineage, and manage all migration defects to closure
  • Coordinate and manage all load activities into SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for modules including FI, CO, MM, SD, SM, and PS
  • Manage, monitor and ensure rigorous validation processes, reconciliation reporting, and business sign-off procedures are delivered to support each Mock conversion cycle
  • Support and guide business analysts, and technical resources for all Finance data objects
  • Work with functional consultants and process owners to define mapping rules and transformation logic
  • Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues, serving as the escalation point for all data migration challenges
  • Support and establish data governance standards, policies, and best practices
  • Facilitate workshops to define requirements, identify quality issues, and confirm business readiness
  • Collaborate closely with the PMO to ensure alignment with program timelines and dependencies

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Finance Data Analyst
  • Experience in data migration processes
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
  • Experience analyzing legacy finance data (GL accounts, cost centers, profit centers, balances, open items)
  • Experience mapping data objects to S/4HANA structures (Universal Journal, Business Partner integration)
  • Experience in data cleansing, enrichment, and harmonization
  • Experience validating migrated data against reporting and compliance requirements
  • Experience with reconciliation between legacy and target systems
  • Experience documenting transformation rules, logic, and lineage
  • Experience managing migration defects
  • Experience coordinating load activities into SAP S/4HANA for modules including FI, CO, MM, SD, SM, and PS
