Job Description:

The SAP CPI Consultant role requires over 8 years of experience in SAP Integration technologies, particularly with SAP BTP-CPI and SAP PI/PO. The candidate will design integration solutions, configure adapters, and ensure data security. Strong skills in troubleshooting and stakeholder communication are essential. A SAP PI/PO Certification is preferred.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze business requirements and design integration solutions using SAP CPI Middleware
  • Define integration patterns, data mappings, and transformation logic
  • Configure standard adapters such as SAP, HTTP, SFTP, REST, SOAP to enable communication between different systems
  • Implement security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data during transit
  • Create message mappings to transform data formats between source and target systems
  • Set up monitoring tools and dashboards to track the performance and health of integration flows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to message processing and data transformation
  • Implement changes to existing integration scenarios based on business requirements
  • Stay informed about SAP CPI updates, patches, and new features
  • Plan and execute upgrades to keep the SAP CPI environment up-to-date
  • Work closely with business analysts, application owners, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements
  • Collaborate with other middleware and system experts for end-to-end integration
  • Monitor and optimize integration performance to ensure efficient and reliable data processing

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Integration technologies
  • Hands-on-projects experience with SAP BTP-CPI
  • SAP PI/PO Certification (preferred)
  • Experience as SAP Middleware Technical Consultant with expertise in XI/PI/PO technology
  • Multiple project experience in SAP PI/PO Development/Integration projects, Upgrades and Production support
  • Experience Integrating SAP with PI/PO and other middleware’s like Gentran or SeeBurger
  • Experience with FILE, IDOC, RFC, XI, SOAP, JDBC, AS2, SFTP, RNIF and B2B Adapters
  • Very good project experience in SAP Net Weaver Integration - (Design, Configuration and Deployment) with Java, XSLT mapping knowledge
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting and stakeholder communication
