Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Business One ERP Manager to join our team in Woodbury, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the SAP Business One system, developing reports and dashboards, implementing workflows, resolving server issues, and handling vendor relationships. This role is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with strong technical expertise in SAP Business One.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the daily operations of the SAP Business One system and ensure its optimal functionality
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues that might arise in the SAP Business One system
  • Implement system maintenance and optimization best practices
  • Develop customized reports and dashboards to meet the organization's needs
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes
  • Design workflows within the SAP Business One system to streamline business processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and implement efficient solutions
  • Manage the SAP Business One server infrastructure, including its installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Plan and execute system upgrades and patches in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure data integrity and security measures are in place and up to date
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP Business One vendors
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and issue resolution
  • Stay informed about updates and new releases from vendors and assess their impact on the organization

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in SAP Business One ERP system
  • Expertise in SAP Crystal Reports
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by SAP Business One
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining SAP B1 systems
  • Proven track record in project management and team leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP B1 issues
  • Ability to provide training and support to users of the SAP Business One system
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in integrating other systems with SAP B1
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
