Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Business Partner Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in SAP SD and S/4 HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will lead data migration strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries. This is a full-time position with flexible work options.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define & Drive data migration strategy and best practices for objects required to be migrated to S/4 (Ex: Business partners, Customer Material Info Records, Sales Orders, Rebates, Routes etc.)
  • Perform analysis of customer business processes and requirements to support project Data Migration requirements with proposed solutions
  • Responsible for designing and defining migration activities: cleansing, data transformations, loads, testing, documentation (Functional specification, test scripts), etc.
  • Provide direction to technical team SAP Data Services / ABAP development teams for solution realization and participate, as necessary, during coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance activities
  • Sole Ownership and focal point for his/her data objects in scope for migration
  • Act as global focal, support and Interact with local Business Data Owners, deployment Functional Process Experts, ETL Team, Legacy teams, etc.
  • Provide training and support local business data owners and deployment team members on the data migration process
  • Analyzes defects, issues from data readiness reports and manages data deviations working with relevant stakeholders until resolution

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Overall experience in Business Partner (BP/BPA) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution processes) Implementations / Rollouts
  • 3+ Years of experience with S/4 HANA Implementations / Rollout experience
  • Dual emphasis on data migration expertise specifically for S/4 HANA – Functional and technology expertise (SAP Data services, SAP migration cockpit, LSWM, Idocs)
  • Motivated self-starter with good team building, and interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience in Data Migration, specifically for S/4 HANA
  • Experience and technical knowledge of Data Migration tools mainly SAP Data Services, SAP Migration cockpit Tools and Methodology
  • Ability to lead and drive business workshops for data migration activities
  • Proven track record of working with diverse, cross-functional teams that are located regionally and worldwide
  • Candidate possesses excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to adapt to new environments quickly
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries
  • Familiarity with onsite-offshore models and has led a team of offshore and onsite developers
  • Experience with use of AGILE tools - Jira
