Job Description:

Sopra Steria, a major tech player in Europe, is looking for an SAP ABAP (S4 HANA) Module Lead with strong experience in ABAP (RICEF) Objects, proficiency in OOABAP and ABAP syntax, and technical expertise in SAP modules to work onsite in Noida, India. The candidate will mentor junior developers, ensure a quick turnaround on solution delivery, transform business requirements into technical programs, and improve system performance.

Job Responsibility:

ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions
transforming business function requirements into technical program, specs to code, test, and debug programs
peer reviewing
developing, coding, documenting and executing unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests
performing performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions
mentoring junior developer resources

Requirements:

4 to 6 years of experience
strong working experience on ABAP (RICEF) Objects on SAP S4 HANA system
proficient in OOABAP, IDOC and ABAP new syntax
exposure to CDS View and AMDP
working functional knowledge in few of SAP modules: SD, MM, PP, FI, QM
strong analytical skills
ability to write technical specifications
quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions
ability to transform business function requirements into technical program, specs to code, test, and debug programs
peer review
ability to challenge current solutions and propose better alternatives
ability to develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests
experience with testing tools for complex functions
performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions
mentor junior developer resources
strong communication skills
ability to multitask

knowledge on Fiori and UI5
