SAP ABAP Developer

• Previous experience working in a similar role within SAP projects
• Familiarity with industry-specific SAP solutions (e.g., SAP HANA, S/4HANA)
• Proficiency in ABAP programming language including classical and object-oriented ABAP
• Experience with ABAP Workbench, ABAP Dictionary, and SAP Script/Smart Forms/Adobe Forms
• Knowledge of key SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, and their integration points
• Understanding of SAP enhancement techniques (User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Framework)
• Experience with data migration and data transformation using BDC (Batch Data Communication), LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench), and IDOCs (Intermediate Documents)
• Proficiency in developing reports using ALV (ABAP List Viewer) and other reporting tools
• Skills in optimizing ABAP code for performance improvements
• Understanding of database access, efficient SQL programming, and performance tuning techniques
• Experience with Web Dynpro ABAP, SAP UI5, Fiori, and related web technologies
• Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver Gateway and OData services
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues
• Ability to design and implement robust and scalable solutions
• Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
• Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating technical documentation
• Certifications: SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver (not mandatory)
• Fluent in English
