In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing samples for our clients, reporting to the Showroom Manager and based at the Chicago Showroom!

Job Responsibility:

  • Become a master of Sampling: pick, pack, and process samples with precision
  • Unlock the secrets of efficiency: Hitting internal and external service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure inventory precision: Perform weekly cycle counts
  • Seamlessly manage inventory: Receive inventory into the system
  • Be the friendly first point of contact: Answer phones and direct calls
  • Maintain visual appeal: Take charge of tag and vignette upkeep monthly
  • Dynamic wing management: Help with wing removal and rotation
  • Prepare for successful launches: Get ready for launch preparations, placing new wings per category, tags, and posters

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in the Showroom Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm
  • Picking, packing and shipping experience preferred
  • Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Previous experience with a ERP such as Navision
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Capability to move around an office setting, including walking to various locations, reaching high and low, using step ladders, and bending to pick samples throughout the day.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods with the ability to move
