Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant with around 2 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration. You will work closely with functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, integrations, and enhancements that meet business requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications and solutions
  • Develop and customize Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers
  • Support integration of Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables
  • Debug, test, and document code to ensure quality and maintainability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing Salesforce enhancements
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of Salesforce fundamentals: data modeling, security, and sharing rules
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder
  • Basic experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange packages and standard modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
  • Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with effective communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
