Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce System Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environments, ensuring seamless functionality to support reporting, compliance, and business operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a focus on delivering an excellent end-user experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and help shape a future-proof GTM technology architecture, including evaluating new tools, leveraging AI automation, and ensuring scalability across revenue systems
  • Support the broader Salesforce ecosystem - ensuring GTM tools and integrations (Hubspot, Sales engagement tools, etc.) are fully optimized and aligned with business processes
  • Manage Salesforce environments, including system updates, enhancements, and new functionalities to support business reporting and compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Customize and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet evolving business needs
  • Maintain and update comprehensive documentation on Salesforce processes and compliance controls
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews of Salesforce configurations and user roles to ensure compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Manage integrations and installed packages, including HubSpot, Chargebee, Zendesk, and Gong
  • Oversee duplicate management, data loads, and automation enhancements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, data management, and automation best practices
  • Experience with third-party integrations and installed packages
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
