Requirements

5+ years consultant experience leading external, client-facing technical consulting services for complex system implementations
3+ years developing custom Salesforce applications
3+ years of Salesforce experience complex third-party solutions
alternatively 2+ years experience on nCino implementations
Experience managing project team relevant to the delivery of the technical solution
Experience in enterprise-level projects using Agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle
Possesses familiarity and first-hand experience with third party solutions that support vertical objectives
Ability to lead technical requirements gathering & solution design sessions with clients
Superior Salesforce development and design skills including: Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Flow and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools
Deep familiarity with one or more Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud

Job Responsibility

Facilitates discovery workshops, in tandem with other team members, to gather customer requirements, understand customer personas and elicit user stories
Assess client current architecture and architect solutions that meet client needs
Create solution design and articulate design to client and team
articulate value and gain buy-off
ensure user story definition clarity and perform quality reviews
Develop POCs and demos to articulate design concepts to client, including best practice recommendations
elicit feedback and adjust design to meet needs
Demonstrate a broad understanding of enterprise applications commonly integrated to and utilized in financial services companies
Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure standards are met or exceeded
Assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testing
