As a Salesforce Release Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing release management processes across multiple Salesforce orgs. You will work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end Salesforce release cycles, including sandbox management, version control, and deployment automation
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness and minimize risk
  • Monitor and continuously improve release processes and governance
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and metadata
