Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform or similar enterprise tool. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Work with technology teams to design and implement solutions within Salesforce
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics
Support configuration activities
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management
Act as liaison between business and technology teams
Provide excellent customer service
Ensure project deliverables are well-organized and completed on time

Requirements:

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
Direct exposure to Salesforce or similar enterprise platform
Strong technical background with ability to understand system architecture, configuration, and data structures
Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboards, and analytics (e.g., Salesforce Reports, Tableau, Power BI)
Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Experience with system configuration, user acceptance testing, and supporting platform enhancements
Excellent presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline

Nice to have:

Experience with Fusion Risk Management Platform
