Salesforce Functional Analyst

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements
• Translate business needs into Salesforce functionalities and technical specifications
• Configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet organizational needs
• Supporting Salesforce integrations with other systems and ensuring data consistency
• Designing and maintaining workflows, processes, reports, and dashboards within Salesforce
• Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Conducting testing to ensure the reliability and efficiency of Salesforce implementations
• Providing end-user training and ongoing support for Salesforce solutions
• Stay updated with Salesforce updates and new features

• A bachelor's degree in business, IT, computer science, or a related field is often required
• Professional experience in Functional Analysis and experience in Salesforce projects (gathering requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders)
• Collaborated with different teams and helped connect technical experts with business professionals
• Ability to identify and effectively resolve issues
• Proficiency in French, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional setting
• Being able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, especially in both French and English
• Staying flexible and adjusting to changing business needs, priorities, and technologies
• Approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and thinking critically to resolve issues
• Ensuring accuracy and precision in work to meet business and system requirements

Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred
