Join our Salesforce team and contribute to building scalable, user-friendly solutions that power our fast-growing business. You'll work alongside experienced developers and admins, support key platform enhancements, and help maintain a robust and efficient Salesforce environment. We take a declarative-first approach to ensure our solutions are scalable, maintainable, and easy to manage.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the development and customization of Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and other platform tools
  • Collaborate with product owners and admins to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Prioritize declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes) where appropriate, escalating to code when needed
  • Participate in QA, testing in the sandbox, and deployment processes
  • Help ensure the health, scalability, and documentation of the platform by following internal best practices

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce in an admin, analyst, or functional capacity
  • Confident working in a declarative-first environment, choosing the right tool for each task
  • Strong communication skills - able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fast learner, curious mindset, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin or Platform Developer I)
