Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Developer to fully manage Sales Cloud, including customizations, automations, and development, ensuring the sales team works efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs
  • Develop and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and flows to automate business processes
  • Oversee data imports, exports, and cleansing using standard Salesforce tools and dataloader.io
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features and improvements
  • Troubleshoot, test, and optimize Salesforce solutions for performance and reliability
  • Potentially support integration with third-party apps and AI tools such as AgentForce

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Flows, and declarative automation
  • Experience supporting 50+ users in a Salesforce environment
  • Excellent English communication skills for remote collaboration

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification
  • Experience with AI products like AgentForce
  • Experience with marketing cloud or other Salesforce Clouds beyond Sales Cloud
