Job Description:

Salesforce admin support Internship at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The SFDC Frontline Admin role is part of the Sales & Partner Experience, Global Sales Organization. The scope of this organization is to cover all the transformational processes and SFDC changes and ensure ongoing integration of all new users into SFDC. SFDC Frontline Admin role is the key support on the SFDC platform regarding all objects this include technical and business support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide SFDC support across all objects and processes
  • Act as single point of contact for user issues via case management workflow
  • Deliver high-quality troubleshooting and resolution within defined SLAs
  • Collaborate with global teams (IT, Advanced Admin, Partner Support, etc.)
  • Perform user setup and access management (roles, permissions, queues)
  • Support system testing (UAT) and manage defect resolution
  • Handle data imports and updates using mass upload tools
  • Participate in ad hoc projects
  • Analyze cases for continuous process improvement
  • Support over 80 sales-related SFDC scenarios

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master's degree
  • Customer support or troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Strong English communication and analytical skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, and fast learner
  • Ability to multitask, drive change, and work independently
  • Moderate Excel proficiency
