We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Support team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes and providing exceptional support to both internal teams and customers.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in managing post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
Support inbound and outbound sales operations by addressing inquiries and providing detailed product information
Process and track customer orders with accuracy, ensuring timely entry into the system
Collaborate with sales representatives to facilitate order management and monitor fulfillment progress
Maintain organized records of sales transactions and customer communications
Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and recommend actionable solutions
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and preparing reports
Communicate with clients to address concerns and offer solutions that align with their needs
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments
Uphold high standards of customer service in all interactions
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales support, inside sales, or a related role
Strong knowledge of post-sales processes and order management systems
Familiarity with inbound and outbound sales practices
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Proficiency in managing order entry and tracking systems
Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
