Sales Support Specialist

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Prepare and track proposals, contracts, bids, and presentations
• Communicate with clients regarding project status, documentation, and scheduling updates
• Maintain and update CRM systems
• Assist in coordinating meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
• Work with internal teams to gather required information for bids and proposals
• Ensure timely delivery of sales documents and responses to client inquiries
• Monitor and track sales metrics and generate regular performance reports
• Support the onboarding process for new clients
• Maintain an organized digital filing system for sales and customer documentation

• Proven experience in a sales and administrative support
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
