Sales Support Specialist

• Customer Account Management: Serve as the ongoing liaison for a managed customer base, ranging from small businesses with 10 employees to larger organizations with up to 500 employees
• Service Coordination: Deliver proactive IT solutions and ongoing management to customers within the managed services practice. Managing documents from SOWs, MSP Agreements, and Change Orders
• Customer Onboarding: Lead and coordinate onboarding processes for new clients and ensure a smooth experience
• Project Management: Oversee client-contracted project work, including developing project timelines, providing regular status updates, coordinating cross-departmental resources, and delivering high-quality client-facing solutions

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Familiarity with an applicable industry- technology or IT space helpful
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction
