Randstad is proud to announce our collaboration in the FSSC transformation program. We are currently looking for Sales Support Operation, Japanese Speaker.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managed key customer accounts and end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, inventory, logistics, and rebates
  • Acted as the main liaison for global accounts, ensuring smooth coordination across supply, logistics, finance, and operations
  • Improved forecast accuracy by analyzing sales trends, production plans, and inventory data
  • Aligned customers and internal teams to achieve business goals and growth targets
  • Oversaw revenue management, including rebates, payments, credit notes, and audit compliance

Requirements:

  • Having JLPT N2 and above
  • Open to work shift hours (following Japan timing)
  • Bachelor Degree

  • Assisting with management of trial activities including patient tracking through screening process, and eligibility/enrollment reviews
  • Assisting with document processing and management within the electronic master file (i.e., vTMF)
  • Participating in department and team meetings
