Joining HPE in a graduate role within Sales Support is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive, and analytical individual to build a strong foundation in sales operations, reporting, and data analysis. You’ll be part of a dynamic, international team that plays a critical role in supporting our sales organization and driving strategic decision-making through data. Throughout the graduate program, you'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and the tools needed to grow, develop, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, global business environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support team members in making business critical decisions effecting both strategy and pricing
Support with analysis of services contracts data and creation of reports
Assist in the running of a sales collateral portal, ensuring teams have the relevant information to sell HPE services
Actively provide support for sales/business contracts
Track contract deadlines assuring all deadlines are met
Requirements:
Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2024 or 2025 with a focus in business administration, data analysis, economics, or related
Up to 12 months of relevant experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Slovak
Strong proficiency in Excel and have working knowledge of MS Office
Strong interpersonal, presentation, analytical and planning skills
Interest in developing a career in sales
Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions
Nice to have:

Experience as an active leader on campus who strives to make a positive impact on the world
Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment
