Our client, a consumer durables company, is seeking Sales Support Customer Service Manager to oversee order management, customer service, and cross-functional coordination with global teams. This role plays a critical part in supporting key customers and ensuring operational excellence across sales channels.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and process incoming customer orders and EDI transactions
Serve as primary contact for customer replenishment buyers
Ensure timely shipments and order accuracy through coordination with inventory and logistics teams
Interface with international teams in Asia to support U.S. customer needs
Maintain customer data systems (e.g., Walmart ProSpec, Walgreens Arriba) and sales reporting systems (e.g., MAS200)
Monitor and report on POS activity, sales trends, and forecasts
Support Sales Management with new item forms, custom reporting, and customer commitments
Collaborate with Accounting and Finance during monthly close
Contribute to product launches, presentations, and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years customer service or sales support experience
Familiarity with retail, DME, and professional channels
