This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, providing essential administrative support to Key Account Managers who manage B2B customer relationships. You'll play a pivotal role in providing administrative support, assisting with the end-to-end customer journey-handling quotes, orders, updates, stock processing, and delivery arrangements-ensuring a seamless service experience for customers.
Job Responsibility:
Process customer quotes and accurately input orders into the Sales Master system
Ensure all order details are correct including invoice, delivery address, and full product specifications
Maintain regular customer communication and prepare updates/reports
Manage stock offering to prevent delays or issues with paid stock
Coordinate delivery calls and bookings
Handle debtor paperwork and upload documentation accordingly
Escalate any issues or delays to the Supply Manager and relevant Key Account Manager
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Confident planning and organisational abilities
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
