Sales Support Administrator

• Acting as the first point of contact for the Sales Team
• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating room bookings
• Supporting sales strategy planning and implementation
• Monitoring sales KPIs and pipeline progress, reporting directly to the Managing Director
• Keeping the CRM system accurate and up to date
• Handling general office administration and supplies
• Using Bluebeam software to prepare measurements for meetings
• Collaborating with the marketing team to provide content for social media
• Creating and distributing internal and external mailshots
• Assisting the MD with business organisation and travel arrangements
• Coordinating meetings, site visits, and external events
• Processing small orders and supporting retail customers

• Degree or strong A-Level results (A or B grades)
• Highly organised, proactive, and a great communicator
• Enjoys working in a team and taking initiative
• Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Interest in architecture or construction

AutoCAD knowledge
