HPC AI Sales Specialists are responsible for driving proactive campaigns, building pipeline, and leveraging expertise to align business needs with solutions. They provide account manager support, expand the customer base, act as dedicated resources for strategic accounts, and consult at a C-level organization. In-depth product and competitor knowledge is required.
Job Responsibility:
Uses speciality expertise to develop long term sales pipeline to increase the company's market share in the HPC/AI vertical
Provide support to the Account managers
Acquire and expand customer base
May act as a dedicated resource to a few strategic accounts
Establish a consultative relationship with the client, including the C-level by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry
Maintains broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with Customer Executives
Expected to develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the entire HPE- HPC/AI solutions portfolio, including but not limited to hardware, software and services.
Requirements:
University or Bachelor's degree
Advanced University or MBA preferred
5+ years of HPC/AI specific experience
Prior selling experience includes multiple, diverse set of selling responsibilities
Viewed as expert in given field by company and customer
Typically 8+ years of related sales experience
Project management skills required.
