Job Description:

Sales Specialist position focused on Add-on sales strategy implementation and customer experience enhancement at IKEA Gangdong store

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with Commercial team to ensure positive shopping experience
Ensure implementation of Add-on sales strategy
Communicate Add-on Strategy and lead working process with add-ons
Cooperate with stakeholders within commercial team
Ensure qualitative and efficient implementation through clear communication
Secure vitality and seasonality of add-on sales
Act quickly on commercial opportunities
Respond to changing product availability and customer expectations
React to changes to seize commercial opportunities
Form and analyze sales statistics to identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

Passion for selling and reaching goals
Understanding of IKEA values
Knowledge of competitors and local market
Right attitude and behavior for active selling
Understanding and active use of Selling the IKEA way and Pricing the IKEA way manuals
Ability to make things happen by championing flexibility, speed and simplicity
Ability to take responsibility and delegate when necessary
Good communication skills
Numeracy and computer (Excel) literacy and analytical skills
Ability to lead business through people with strong leadership capabilities
Genuine interest in home furnishing trends and other brands
