Job Description:

We are recruiting fresh thinking individuals who are either seeking an opportunity to get into construction sales or are already experienced in this industry. Here we can provide full training to the right person. This isn’t your typical double glazing sales job! On offer is a basic salary, uncapped commission, training and the chance to work for a forward-thinking friendly business!

Job Responsibility:

  • Visit customers in their homes throughout the West Midlands to face to face sell our range of Windows, Doors, Conservatories, Porches, and Verandas
  • Working generally Monday to Friday 9.0am – 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9.00am – 4pm over 5 days a week
  • One to two days per week working in our busy Meadow Lane, Coseley Showroom to meet and greet our customers to quote and sell our products

Requirements:

  • PC literate with a good working experience use of Microsoft packages
  • Good grammar and numeracy skills
  • A valid driving licence and have own vehicle
  • Ability to adapt to our tried and tested sales processes
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Positive experience in interacting with people in a customer-facing role

Nice to have:

  • Working knowledge of the fenestration and or construction industry
  • Home selling experience with the ability to negotiate effectively
