We're seeking a highly competitive Sales Representative to drive new accounts and manage client experiences within our Summits Division. As a crucial team member, you'll engage in prospecting, email campaigns, outbound calls, and creating enticing outreach strategies. This unique role allows you to work closely with a Sales Mentor, offering a competitive salary structure that includes a guaranteed base salary while rewarding your results. A successful candidate will participate in a hands-on mentorship program to attain their first promotion within 5 months. Job Responsibility:
Conduct thorough market research and data analysis
Lead proactive prospecting endeavours
Develop, refine, and launch strategic email campaigns
Assess existing client relationships for further growth opportunities
Set and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly goals and KPIs
Execute 100 daily outbound dials (cold and warm calls)
Foster innovative strategies to enhance daily operations and outcomes
Adhere to our established sales process
Articulate our business model with professionalism and clarity

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in both written and verbal English
Fundamental grasp of sales principles
Prior experience in devising and executing strategic marketing email campaigns is advantageous
Proven track record of exceeding goals
