Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Expert to lead business development and account management activities across Sri Lanka. This is a field-based, hunter-led role focused on acquiring new customers while growing and retaining existing accounts within the labeling, packaging, and coding & marking solutions space. The role requires strong market knowledge, the ability to work independently, and close coordination with regional production and commercial teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers across breweries, distilleries, beverage manufacturers, FMCG producers, and packaging companies
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and account growth
  • Promote and sell beer & liquor labels, In-Mould Labeling (IML) packaging solutions, and coding & marking consumables (TTO ribbons)
  • Drive sampling programs, product trials, and conversion to first and repeat orders
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and site visits
  • Coordinate pricing, production schedules, lead times, and dispatch requirements with internal teams
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, and emerging market opportunities within Sri Lanka
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and forecasting

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in B2B sales
  • Prior exposure to packaging, labels, printing, IML, coding & marking, or related industrial solutions is strongly preferred
  • Experience selling to breweries, distilleries, beverage companies, FMCG, or manufacturing clients will be a significant advantage
  • Strong understanding of the Sri Lankan industrial and manufacturing market
  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop new business and manage key accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable operating in an on-ground sales role
